There is an additional £2.50 service fee on top of each race entry fee. We understand that in life things can sometimes change so this allows us (via FR systems) to offer a better quality of customer service. This service includes allowing all runners to have an option of a refund (14 days from purchase), to change event distance or to swap race entry into another persons name (subject to races not selling out and before deadline dates) as outlined in UK Trail Running Festival FAQ’s. Important: If you or your club are not affiliated, you MUST pay the higher fee.
The Organisers ORA Events reserve the rights to make changes to the advertised package including changes of date and venue.

NB: Refunds will only be available within 14 days of purchase, following this we are unable to offer refunds.
NB: Refunds will not be issued if you have redeemed any promotional codes gifted as part of entry.

Transfer – You can transfer/gift your place to someone else at no cost by following the guidelines on your confirmation email. The deadline for online changes is one moth before the event date. .

Can I defer?- Unfortunately you can not defer from this event in 2024.

Minimum age requirements for each event:

Full Marathon: 18 Years

Half Marathon: 17 years

10k: 15 years

5k: 11 years*

*Under 11’s can take part in the 5k providing they fulfil the following criteria:

1, You must be 8yrs old or above on race day

2, You must have completed a 5k distance twice before the event and you are comfortable with this distance

3, You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES before, during and after the race. The accompanying adult must also be officially entered for the event.

4, You must have read and understood the declaration upon booking

5, When entering click on 5K Junior (8 – 10 years) which enables both Junior and Adult to enter the event in one transaction
